Things are Changing…

Billy Reighns is a musical artist that originates from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. After years writing lyrics and melodies for several projects around the area, he took a turn toward a solo career writing tasty acoustic rock jams. In 2013 he released his solo record “Here & Now” featuring a wide range of styles from blues to hip hop. It was here that he began to focus on the beats and rhymes and stripped away the guitar solos. The next year saw the birth of his first child, and he made the decision to step away from the stage to focus on family and fatherhood.

During this time of duty and reflection through the eyes of a father, he slowly began to form a new style. Attempting to connect the dots between physical, spiritual, spoken word and melodies became the mission. Shifting the structure of what is, and what could be, to deliver a new method of storytelling and consciousness. Beats and Rhymes, injects questions on the nature of this society we have found ourselves in and unravel the mysteries of the human experience. Love you, enjoy.
